AI Audit

Hello Robyn,

Here's your AI‑search‑and‑generative‑engine‑optimization (GEO) audit of www.2riverscounseling.com to make the site more discoverable by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google’s AI search displays.

Thank you! - Andrea

At a glance: current state

• In a quick check, I see that AI recognizes who you are which is great. In a sample ChatGPT query, this came up: "One Institute is clearly a personal training and fitness brand with multiple Amsterdam locations. The messaging is lifestyle-oriented and emphasizes programs like semi-private training, stress management, and body transformation."

• Very little content designed for AI-style queries. No Q&A blocks, or conversational phrasing that large language models prefer to ingest and re-use when answering user questions.

• It's great that you have a Blog, nicely done, lots of good formatting there, too.

  • Optimizing it for long-form local authority would make it even better. AI search favors fresh, detailed, geo-specific content (e.g., “best personal training in Amsterdam Oost” or “stress management workouts near Vondelpark”). I talk about that more in a video below.

• No Google Business Profile integration surfaced on the site. Consistent NAP (name, address, phone) signals and location landing pages seem to be missing, essential for both local SEO and AI discovery.

• Site lacks schema (below I drafted sample JSON-LD code that you can copy and paste into the backend of your website builder tool plus I have a video that shows you how I do this on my own website). Without structured data for locations, services, etc, AI tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI Search won’t confidently cite you for “personal trainer Amsterdam” or “Personal Training.”

Website Additions to enhance your website to be found by AI tools and searches:

Content

  • No FAQ schema (make sure you add the code I give you below on this page - see code & video)
  • No Q&A page, I would add a new page that has question and answers on it. It can help the human reading, too.
    • (here's an example, copy and paste this)

      Thinking about getting a personal trainer in Amsterdam?
      Many people ask us: “Do I need to be fit before I start training?” The answer is no. At One Institute, we meet you where you are, whether you’re starting fresh, coming back after a break, or already training regularly.

      “What’s the difference between private and semi-private training?”
      Private training is one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals. Semi-private means small groups (2–4 people) where you still get personal attention but also the energy of training with others.

      “Where can I train with you?”
      We have multiple Amsterdam locations, including Vondelpark and Oost, with easy access by bike or tram.

      “Do you help with stress, not just fitness?”
      Yes. Many of our programs focus on more than strength. We also teach breathing, movement, and recovery techniques that reduce stress and improve focus.

      “How do I get started?”
      Book a free intake session. We’ll talk about your goals, do a quick assessment, and match you to the right program.

  • The homepage has no conversational larger chunks of content that AI uses. You could add something like this to your homepage:
    • (copy and paste this) Wondering if personal training is right for you? A lot of people ask us if they need to already be in shape before starting, and the truth is you don’t. At One Institute we design programs for every level, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Some prefer one-on-one coaching for total focus, while others enjoy semi-private sessions for the motivation of training alongside a small group. Our trainers guide you step by step, whether your goal is building strength, managing stress, or simply feeling better in your own skin.
  • Embed brief explainer videos (e.g., “What One offers” and show the services) for AI to sample and potentially surface to future searches in ChatGPT and other tools.

Blog (I have videos below on this with more details):

  • Having an author on each written piece helps the AI quote you.
  • Use the H1 & H2 headers to talk in full sentences. Ask question and answers in your own writings, such as "How does ONE help perimenopausal women?" as the header and then answer that question in the body.
  • Have a "summary" or "TL;DR" at the beginning of each blog post so the AI can quickly understand what you are talking about.
  • Write posts with local insight: like “Top 5 reasons to choose personal training in Amsterdam Oost” or “Stress management workouts near Vondelpark.”
  • Hyperlink to other blog posts or pages on your website so you appear to talk about a topic more than just one time.

Authority

  • Add a video of someone's transformation. I like your 5 star testimonials, those are great. Your homepage before and afters are also wonderful. A video would make it all even better. Also, videos will start getting bigger in AI tools in the future. Think Instagram, it used to be just photos, now it's all about videos.

Local SEO & Google Business:

  • If not already done, set up Google Business profiles per location.
  • Include consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) across site and Google profiles.

Best practices on my Blog:

Priority Step: Schema Code

  • AI checkers say there is no visible schema.org markup. AI agents rely heavily on structured data to understand who you are.

  • I have a video below on how I input this schema code on my own website, my Schema code is in the backend on a website tool called Kajabi. The course has a module on tools you can use to easily create your schema code. No software engineer is required.
  • Instructions: Head block (put inside <head> on the homepage) is optimal, but some website platforms don't let you do that, then you just put it where you can. My example video shows Kajabi where I don't get into the head code, so I put it into the body code, it still works.

  • Copy code (without my bullet) & paste it to your website, you can also expand on this and do more FAQs (remember, the user doesn't see this, just the AI bots):

<script type="application/ld+json">
{
  "@context": "https://schema.org",
  "@type": "FAQPage",
  "mainEntity": [
    {
      "@type": "Question",
      "name": "Where is the One Institute located?",
      "acceptedAnswer": {
        "@type": "Answer",
        "text": "The One Institute is located in Amsterdam. Address is Prins Hendrikkade 176, 1011 TC, Amsterdam"
      }
    },
    {
      "@type": "Question",
      "name": "What does the One Institute do?",
      "acceptedAnswer": {
        "@type": "Answer",
        "text": "ONE – Human Performance Institute helps people get fit and healthy. With experienced trainers to guide you to your new lifestyle."
      }
    },

      "name": "What services does the One Institute offer?",
      "acceptedAnswer": {

Priority Step: Schema Code

Below is the code I want you to put on your website.

Here's how I add this type of code on my website that lives on Kajabi, a course and website tool:
