Week 1:
Find Your Profitable Business Idea
Most people either have no idea what to build, or they have too many ideas and pick the wrong one.
Here, we'll cut through the noise. You'll identify the specific expertise your audience will pay for, validate your idea against real market demand, and choose the right business format for where you are right now.
You'll walk away with a clear, validated concept and the confidence to build it.
Week 2:
Map Your Business and Set Up Your Platform
Before you build anything, you need a blueprint and a home for it.
Together, we'll map out your business structure so it actually gets your clients. Then we'll set up the right tech platform for your business, whether that's Kajabi, Stan Store, Teachable, or something else entirely.
By the end of this week, you'll have your product outline and your platform ready to go.
Week 3 to 6:
Build Your Offer
This is where it gets real. You'll go from outline to finished offer, with my feedback at every stage.
I'll help you stay on track, avoid over-building, and make sure your offer is structured to deliver results, because an offer that is enticing is your best marketing.
Weeks 7 to 9:
Build Your Marketing System
A great business with no marketing system doesn't sell. This is where we change that.
You'll create a lead magnet and landing page that grows your email list with the right people, a sales page that speaks directly to your ideal buyer, and a welcome email series that nurtures new subscribers and leads them naturally toward your offer.
Weeks 10 to 11:
Launch Planning and Execution
You'll build a simple, repeatable launch plan that you can use again and again. No complicated funnels. No overwhelming strategies. Just a clear sequence that gets your offer in front of the right people and turns interest into sales.
Weeks 12:
Troubleshoot, Optimize, and Plan What's Next
Your last consulting session with me is yours to use however you need it most. We can troubleshoot anything you're stuck on.
